Rep. Juan Ciscomani has tried portraying himself as a moderate, but rose to GOP fame helping place extremist judges on the Arizona Supreme Court — the same judges who reinstituted a Civil War-era abortion ban. When it comes to lowering costs, Ciscomani opposed the bill that will lower prescription drug costs for seniors. He also served for more than a decade on the board of a Christian nationalist group that sought to rewrite the Constitution.
