Yesterday, Donald Trump suggested that President Obama was complicit in the Orlando terrorist attacks.The repugnant and completely unfounded conspiracy will likely be repeated by Trump tonight when he speaks in North Carolina. Will Governor Pat McCrory stand up to condemn Trump’s comments?
Governor McCrory has rarely been concerned by any of Trump’s bombastic and often racist statements. In fact, McCrory was a card carrying member of the #PartyOfTrump long before he had no other choice. Spineless as he is, McCrory won’t be standing up to Trump anytime soon — no matter how off base with reality his comments are.
