Donald Trump this morning continued to lie about his dangerous disrespect for the Judicial Branch.
After his attacks aimed at a Hispanic American judge that Speaker Ryan called ‘the textbook definition’ of racism and demeaning a George W. Bush-appointed judge as a “so-called judge” over the weekend, Trump today suggested that the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, which last night heard arguments on Trump’s unconstitutional Muslim ban, is “biased.”
In typical Trumpian doublespeak, Trump at once sought to delegitimize the court’s eventual ruling even as he insisted he wouldn’t ever do such a thing:
“I don’t ever want to call a court biased, so I won’t call it biased,” Trump said after questioning the court’s hearing last night.
