American Bridge Rapid Response Director Emily Aden released the following statement after Donald Trump signed an executive order undermining the Obama administration’s contraceptive coverage policy:
“President Trump is continuing to put barriers between women and their health care. It’s clear the goal behind this latest executive order is to make it easier for employers to deny women access to birth control in their health plans. Women are watching and will hold every Republican accountable for marching in lockstep with Trump’s radical agenda.”
