Holocaust Denier, Anti-vaxxer Backs GOP Presidential “Frontrunner”

Trump Accepts Endorsement From Controversial “Dilbert” Cartoonist

Jan 24, 2023

Over the weekend, Trump accepted the endorsement of Scott Adams, controversial creator of the comic strip “Dilbert.” Adams has been a fierce supporter of Trump and has endorsed him in the past.

Here are a few of Scott Adams’s inflammatory statements and controversies:

  • Adams once questioned the accuracy of the Holocaust death toll.

  • Adams shamelessly defended Trump’s refusal to condemn white supremacists after the 2018 Charlottesville rally.

  • In 2019, Adams promoted his app WhenHub on Twitter in the aftermath of a deadly shooting at a California festival — causing some to call him out for using the tragedy for profit.

  • In 2020, Adams claimed that a Biden victory would lead to Republicans being “hunted.”

  • In 2020, Adams claimed that his TV adaptation of “Dilbert” was canceled because he was white.

  • This weekend, Adams claimed that anti-vaxxers were right — clearly buying into and spreading dangerous vaccine conspiracy theories.
