Yesterday, NBC News reported that U.S. Senator Rick Scott of Florida seemingly supported Senator Lindsey Graham’s extreme bill to ban abortion nationwide, saying, “there’s arguments to do it at the federal level.”
Scott and other Republicans may be cozying up to Graham’s extreme attempt to ban abortion at the federal level following the reversal of Roe v. Wade by a Republican-backed Supreme Court. Now, Scott may join his fellow Florida Senator, Marco Rubio, in co-sponsoring Graham’s legislation.
