How To Outfox Donald Trump

Sep 21, 2016

Donald Trump is a master at dodging questions and avoiding his own positions on nearly everything, even when he’s on-screen and on the record. Facts, to Trump, are merely words that get in the way. On any given day, Trump can be unhinged from reality and pose a threat to our economic and national security.

While Trump’s shifting positions and backtracking can be mind-numbing, he poses a larger challenge – Trump’s recklessness with facts and even what he’s said in the past is dangerous to voters hoping to get a clear picture of his thought process and leadership style.

When it does exist, Trump is erratic and spastic. He has little understanding of the issues facing our country – from terrorism to tax policy to our immigration system.

Trump intentionally lies, plain and simple. But the good news is we have the facts on our side. That’s why American Bridge created “How To Outfox Donald Trump.”

It lays out exactly how Donald Trump tries to wiggle out of his past statements, and the arguments to stop him in his tracks. Next time Trump tries to say he was always against the Iraq war, talks about his “secret plan” to fight ISIS, or argues “nobody respects women more than I do,” you can be prepared with words – straight from Trump himself – and facts to prove him wrong!

  • Bankruptcies: “I have never gone bankrupt.”
  • Iraq: “I was among the earliest to criticize the rush to war” in Iraq.
  • Temperament: “I think my temperament is my biggest strength.”
  • Birther: “I finished it. You know what I mean.”
  • Hiding Tax Returns: “You really learn very little from a tax return.”
  • Mocking the Disabled: “I didn’t know he had a disability.”
  • Women: “Nobody respects women more than I do.”
  • Immigration: “My relationship with Hispanics is fantastic.”
  • Military Record: “We have our own Vietnam. It’s called the dating game.”
  • Libya: “I would have stayed out of Libya.”
  • Refugees: “We don’t know who these people are. We don’t know where they’re from.”
  • African Americans: “I have a great relationship with the blacks.”
  • Secret ISIS Plan: “It is a foolproof way of winning the war with ISIS.”
