Another week comes to a close, but the end of Kevin Nicholson’s veterans controversy is nowhere in sight. Nicholson spent the past week doubling, then tripling down on his attacks on Democratic veterans, and Wisconsin TV reported on every minute of it.
“We’re sure Kevin Nicholson is closely tracking his mentions on local TV,” said American Bridge spokesperson Amelia Penniman. “So we took the liberty of compiling a highlight reel of his appearances over the past week. From his initial insults against veterans, to his stubborn — and ongoing — refusal to back down, Nicholson has really made a week of it. It’s too bad Wisconsinites are seeing him for what he is: a politician so terrified of his liberal past that he’d rather insult key constituencies than be exposed as a former Democrat.”
