Donald Trump’s MSNBC Town Hall tonight was chock full of the usual inflammatory rhetoric. But as one young voter pointed out, Trump’s successful presidential campaign has played right in to what his party is craving – and that’s exactly why the rest of the field mirrors Trump’s policies so closely.
In between hurling personal insults at his fellow GOPers, Trump assured moderators Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski that he has exactly the temperament that his party wants to see in a Commander in Chief. In case his breakout performances in Iowa and New Hampshire weren’t proof enough, tonight’s town hall showed once again that the Republican Party truly has become the Party of Trump.
