American Bridge Vice President Shripal Shah issued the following statement on Trump’s continued business dealings and attempts to profit off of the presidency:
“Less than a week into his presidency, Donald Trump is already breaking his “no new deals” pledge with plans to build new hotels across the U.S., and simultaneously setting himself to benefit from lucrative pay-to-play deals.
“Trump is hell-bent on selling out the American people in order to profit off of the presidency — and these are just the two latest examples.”
