In response to tonight’s mess of a debate, American Bridge 21st Century President Pat Dennis released the following statement:
“Tonight’s debate showed us just how out-of-touch and extreme every single GOP candidate in the race is. Though Donald Trump didn’t make an appearance, everyone on that stage worked their hardest to make sure the extremist MAGA agenda was front and center. Their pathetic debate performance shows us exactly why none of these Republicans are polling in spitting distance to President Biden — and Trump’s refusal to show up isn’t exactly a testament to his strength, either.
“No matter who makes it out of this sloppy primary, one thing is abundantly clear — the Republican nominee is going to fight like hell to ban abortion nationwide, slash Social Security, and completely gut the ACA. And American Bridge is going to do everything we can to stop them.”
