As our country passed the grim milestone of 200,000 COVID-related deaths, Donald Trump mocked Democratic nominee Joe Biden for following the CDC guidelines by wearing a mask in public.
“No moment of silence. No expressions of condolences. Not even a ‘thoughts and prayers.’ Nothing. Donald Trump does not care about the 200,000 Americans who lost their lives because of his incompetence and indifference. Nine months into this pandemic, Donald Trump is desecrating their memories by mocking the basic public health measures his own administration says will help stop coronavirus,” said Kyle Morse, an American Bridge 21st Century spokesperson. “The stakes are skyhigh in this election and there is only one candidate on the ballot who will listen to science and beat the virus, and that’s Joe Biden.”
